The staff are extremely pleasant, patient, and accommodating. Great steak house on the first floor and nice high end restaurant on the 15th with spectacular views. Room was also spacious.

The service was absolutely amazing — from the warm welcome at reception to the friendly ladies who tidied up the room each day. The staff were professional, helpful, and genuinely made the stay more pleasant. The rooms themselves were beautiful, spacious and well-maintained, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room facilities truly exceeded my expectations Utopia, where we had our breakfast rooftop restaurant was exceptional — stunning aesthetics, great ambiance, and an overall memorable experience. I absolutely loved it!

The staff we're amazing always helpful and would go the extra mile for anything you need. Location is ideal, walking distance to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Room was exactly as advertised, modern, spacious, and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
